We've had our problems with Red practice, but in the last 2 years they have been amazing, from my son to my mother. Amazing services from start to finish. I always get appointment on the day, when I ring they are so understanding and kind. Doctors listen to you and care. Nurses are amazing with my mother's INR count. And most important the ladies at the front desk are great.

After 4 visits to the Health Centre I finally got an appointment that Dr. Tilly asked me to make to get the results of my x-rays and the treatment I will need. I had to book an appointment in two weeks time as there were no other appointments a available. Four days before my appointment I got a phone call saying they had to cancel my appointment. I have not been able to book another one yet. I wonder when I will finally get my results.

I can confirm that Dr K De Silva is a very important for community therefore i recommend Dr Silva staying here for longlife for community health. He is very good men. Kind regards

Doctor put me on new tablets but only gave me 11 days worth. I visited the surgery and told the receptionist of my problem, that if I went on holiday I would not have enough to last and also I would have to put a request for more every 9 days. She said she would sort it for me. I was given another 3days Tabs. This is not the answer to my problem as when I request more I will only be given 11days, back to square one. I went back to the surgery and spoke to another receptionist who said I needed to tell the doctor not her. I asked to see the doctor, no appointments available. Back to square one again. What am I going to do about my up and coming holiday, but what do you care.
